The Spekboom Restoration Project is committed to transparency, accountability, and respectful engagement with all stakeholders, including local communities, landowners, workers, and project partners.
Through this channel, you can safely send reports of concerns, illegal or unethical behaviour, improvement suggestions, questions, or any feedback.
All reports are handled by designated persons in our organisation. Information sent through the whistleblowing channel is completely secure and there is no risk of retaliation. All submissions will be handled in a timely, fair, and culturally appropriate manner.
Stakeholders may submit grievances through the following channels:
- In person or by phone to a designated community liaison or field staff
- By email to the project team on grievance-sa@imperativeinc.com
- Via phone, text or WhatsApp to the project team on +27 72 900 2628
- Via this whistleblower and grievance channel, which can be anonymous if you wish.

- Be as specific as possible – describe the situation and individuals involved in detail
